That's it, you have entered the general information of your company and have added your collaborators on Lokki!
Now, we will guide you in the customization of your online store to attract the maximum number of customers!
For this, go to ⚙️ Settings, then to the Online Store tab, and in the Customization sub-tab.
You will be able to customize the following information:
Cover photo: you must upload a high-quality cover photo with no text to make your online store as attractive and accessible as possible.
💡 The format of the photo is as follows: the height must be 240.
Presentation: it is important that you include an attractive and professional message that presents your business in a few lines to encourage your customers to book with you.
Style: your style will allow you to adapt your Lokki online store to your image. You will be able to choose absolutely all the colors, font, size, and thickness.
💡 This is an add-on that may not be enabled on your platform. Feel free to contact us to learn more.
Text: you will be able to modify the text that appears on your online store when the customer confirms their contact details.
If you offer multiple pickup options, they will be able to choose the pickup method 😊
GDPR Mention: you have the option, if you wish, to add a GDPR mention for your clients. This mention remains optional.
Pricing: you can choose whether you want to display all the prices of your products on their pages in the online store, or not.
Contact: You can also modify the URL of your store that will appear before .lokki.rent by filling in the field at the bottom of the page.
💡 The URL can contain letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), and the dash (-), but it cannot contain special characters.
⚠️ The URL of your online store is indeed in the form https://xxx.lokki.rent! Don't forget to test it before sharing or printing it on flyers 😊
Contact Number : You can choose whether to display your phone number on your online store.
Setting Up Hours
In the Hours tab of your Online Store, you will have the option to customize several types of hours.
Opening Hours
You must specify your opening hours. These are the rental hours, meaning the opening hours of your store. The site itself is accessible 24/7.
💡 The "Default" option automatically includes all days of the week.
If you wish to mention one or more closed days, you can click on the "Add a day" button and save the day(s) with the "Closed" option.
Closure
Set closing dates during which online bookings will be unavailable in your store. (holidays, public holidays, etc.).
Your clients will no longer be able to rent on the days you specify. The dates will be grayed out on your online store and booking will be impossible for them.
💡 It will always be possible to book internally on closure dates. We have chosen to give you complete control internally.
Low season
Initially, you need to choose start and end dates for the low season.
Following the date settings, a "Low season opening hours" box will appear to define opening slots during the low season.
Fixed Schedules
You can add forced hours in addition to your opening hours. This means you "force" your customers to select predefined times within your opening hours on your online store.
You will therefore have greater control over the flow of your on-site reservations by imposing the start and end times of reservations. 🚦
As shown below, an example:
"You tell your customers that they can rent their equipment starting at 9:00, 9:30, or 10:00 and until 18:00, 18:30, or 19:00." ⬇️
Last Minute
You have the option to impose on your clients a minimum time gap between their reservation and the pickup of equipment. This way, you avoid last-minute bookings during peak periods.
💡 We recommend setting a time gap of at least 1 hour to organize yourself and be there on time to provide the equipment.
Minimum and Maximum Booking Duration
You can enforce the minimum and maximum time for your booking slots.
This feature will be ideal if you start renting from a certain duration and make it possible over a well-defined time range.

For example, as shown below, the settings indicate that customers can only book a time slot starting from 4 hours (and no less) and up to a maximum of 1 days. ⬇️

Time slots
You have the option not to specify an end date for the reservation but only rental durations that your client can select once the start date is chosen.
💡 This setting must be activated by someone from the Lokki team, please contact support.

Universes
You can create rental universes based on your different product ranges.
The universes will appear on the main page of your online store.
Go to ⚙️ Settings then Online Store.
In the categories displayed on the left, click on Universes.
You can create your universes with + CAGORY :
Define the name of the universe.
Select an image suitable for the universe in question.
Choose the product categories concerned by this universe.
⚠️ Your customers will only be able to select products from the categories related to the universe. This is a filter offered before landing on the date selection page.
💡 We advise you to first create a universe named "All our products" to offer all your products in one single universe.
Products
Product Order : You can choose the display order of products on your online store.
Drag your products in the display order using the small cross: +
Confirm by clicking on Update.
Homepage : Feature products on your homepage, capture visitors' attention, increase rentals, reinforce your brand and guide your customers to the most relevant products for an unforgettable rental experience.
