Configure Your Different Rental Locations
Starting today, you can allow customers to choose between your different rental points if you have multiple stores but a single platform.
To enable your customers to select their rental location, follow the steps below
Go to Settings, then the General tab, and select Rental Points.
Click on Rental Location +, fill in the required information to complete the creation of the rental location, and then save.
Finally, choose whether your customers can select different rental locations for the start and end of the rental or if they must be the same.
💡 You can select a rental location both internally and for your customers on your online store.
Select the Rental Location
Once you have completed the setup of your different rental locations, all that remains is to select them so they appear on the reservation.
Internally
After filling in your customer's details when creating a reservation, simply check "Pick up in-store" and select the rental location for both pickup and return.
On the Online Store
After filling in their customer details during the reservation process, the customer simply needs to select the pickup and return rental locations.
View the Rental Location on a Reservation
Once you have created a reservation with the desired rental locations, they will appear on your reservation below the start and end date of the rental.
