We’re thrilled to have you on board and excited to embark on this new adventure with you!
Before diving into your first training session, we’ll guide you through setting up your platform. In this guide, you’ll learn how to fill in the essential information about your company.
Accurately completing this information is crucial, as it will help you move forward quickly with your training.
Once your Lokki account is created, we invite you to enter your company’s essential details. To do this, go to ⚙️ Settings.
In the General tab, on the left-hand side, you’ll find the following categories:
Account:
Here, you can edit your company’s name and your email address. It’s also recommended to quickly change the password that was emailed to you.
Company:
In the Information sub-tab, you can upload a great photo of your logo by clicking on Upload your logo.
You can also enter your SIRET, address, and phone number.
💡 Still under the Company section, in the VAT & Currency sub-tab, you can fill in your VAT rate, the currency you use, and your time zone.
It’s essential to correctly input your company’s legal details, as these will appear on all documents generated from your Lokki platform. 😉
