After setting up the essential information for your company, we will explain how to grant your collaborators access to your Lokki platform and manage their usage rights.
Invite a New User on Lokki
To allow other users to access your Lokki account, follow the steps below:
Go to ⚙️ Settings and then General.
In the categories displayed on the left, click on Employees Access.
Fill in the required information to complete the member creation, then click Invite.
💡 An email will be sent to the member to create their password. This step is necessary, as they will not be able to log in to Lokki without first setting their password.
Note: It will not be possible to send invitations using an employee account.
Manage Permissions
Using the administrator email of your Lokki account, you can modify your members' access.
There are 11 types of permissions on Lokki:
Customers: Access to the Customers tab.
Copy of request e-mails: The member will receive an email for each online reservation request.
Catalogue changes: Access to modify your packs, categories, and products.
Add a discount: The member will have the ability to apply a discount.
Workshop: Access to the Workshop tab.
Workshop Statistics: Access to the statistics of your Workshop.
Marketing: Access to Marketing settings.
Statistics: Access to Statistics.
My Cashbook: Access to the CashBook.
Settings: Access to Settings.
Permanently delete a bokking: As this action is irreversible, you can restrict it.
💡 You just need to check or uncheck the accesses you want to grant to your collaborator.
